Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I need any special hardware equipment to use the Internet viewing service?
If you have access to the Internet, there is no special hardware you need to use the service. However, the Parent Care Network system works best with the most recent versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you are an AOL user, please download the most recent version of their browser.

Images
How fast does the image update?
Anywhere from 25 to 30 times per second depending upon your connection.

Can I save images of my kids?
No.

Why does my picture slow down sometimes?
This usually depends on the speed of your Internet connection and online traffic.

Browsers
Does Parent Care Network use cookies?
Yes.

Does Parent Care Network use Java?
Yes. Java is required (most updated browsers are Java ready). The Java applet is an image viewer that allows you to see the updated images of your child.

Where can I get an updated browser?
Microsoft Internet Explorer (microsoft.com)

Security
Can other Members see my kids?
Only authorized members with children in your child's class will be given access to view that particular day care.
